Kamut Khorasan Spaghetti
Kamut® Khorasan, ancient and modern at the same time, comes from a land far away: the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. Khorasan wheat is the ancestor of modern durum wheat, as it originated in the Middle East several thousand years ago. We use it to create a premium pasta with a delicate fragrance of white flowers and freshly shelled nuts. Its taste combines unmistakable hints of pine and macadamia nuts with subtle nuances of edible flowers.
